December Dance Notes
We are coming to the end of our fall session and our production of The Christmas Attic and Let It Snow. I am so very excited to see everyone on stage performing!
Your Parent Portal has been updated to reflect the Spring 2024 schedule so that those who will be switching classes for spring 2024 may see their costumes and post their costume sizes. We will continue to follow the fall 2023 class schedule until our Christmas show is over. The spring schedule will start January 2, 2024.
Your December Statement will show your December dance fees AND your costume fees for the Spring 2024 Recital, charges for those who have signed up for a Christmas DVD, and a credit for those babysitting in the Christmas show. The costume fees for those who have added/dropped classes has been adjusted. Your December fees will be for 1 week, except those students who have class on Fridays, you will not be charged. Auto Pay will run December 1st and all charges will be withdrawn.
Mark Your Calendar:
November 21st thru 24th: Studio closed for Thanksgiving break.
December 1st: All accounts to be paid in full and costume measurements due. Any past due costume payments or measurements not posted in your portal, your costume order will be considered a late order and your account will be charged full shipping fees.
December 1st – 7th: Parents may attend the last 5 min. of class to watch your child practice their dances!
December 6th: any past due accounts, the student will not be allowed to participate in the Christmas show.
December 8th: Dress Rehearsal for those in the 2nd half of show, “Let it Snow”, at The Granada Theatre, 6:00 p.m. dressed and ready for your first dance. See Recital Info page of the website.
December 9th: Dress Rehearsal for those in the 1st half of the show, “The Christmas Attic”, at The Granada Theatre,12:30 p.m., dressed and ready for your first dance. See Recital Info page of the website. Show starts at 7:00 p.m.
Date change: December 11th thru January 1, 2024: Studio closed for Christmas break.
December 19, 2023: Statements will be sent for January 2024 dance fees and $50.00 recital fee for 2024 show.
January 2, 2024: Spring 2024 classes begin this week using new class schedule. AutoPay will run on this date.
March 11 – 15, 2024: Studio closed for Spring Break
April 12, 2024: Recital T shirt order deadline.
May 4, 2024: Recital Picture day. More info closer to time.
May 24 & 25, 2024: Spring Rehearsal and Recital.
The studio does NOT follow the school schedule except for Labor Day, Christmas Break, and Spring Break.

Christmas Show DVD: a video of this year’s Christmas show will be available for purchase for $15.00. A sign up sheet is on the wall in the waiting room. My husband Darrell will be the videographer.
Dance Fees: Monthly statements are sent via separate e-mail. Please let me know ASAP if you do not receive your statement. Those on Auto Pay will still receive a statement showing what will be withdrawn on December 1st.
