​Current and New Student Info on registering/enrolling

 For Fall 2025/Spring 2026 dance session:


​The age cutoff is September 1st. Your child will remain in their age/grade level class for the entire year (August - May).

Dance Fees:  Your first months dance fees are due on or before your first dance class.    Please click on the Dance Fees button in the menu bar to see monthly dance fee costs.

You MUST agree to the policies of Sherry's Dance Workshop: At the top of your Parent Portal home page, hover your mouse over Information, then click on waivers. Once you have read the policies (please read it's entirety as policies have changed), then click the box by I Agree To The Terms And Conditions.

The Parent Portal is also where you can: view your account, make changes to your account info and password, add or drop students from classes, see your child's dance schedule, make your payments, see your child's recital costume and enter sizes, etc.

New students - 
1. You will need to set up your account and student information in the parent portal. Click on Parent Portal in the menu bar.  Please contact me
if you have any trouble getting your account set up.

2.  For Fall Classes:  New student fall session online enrollment is July 28th thru August 6th.   When online enrollment is open:  Log in to your Parent Portal to Enroll your child in the classes your child will be participating in.

     For Spring Classes:  once you have set up your account, then contact me via email, sherrysdanceworkshop@gmail.com, and let me know the class(es) your child is interested in.

3.  You will receive a statement showing the amount due for your first month.  Please do not make a payment until you have received your statement.

4.  Your first months payment is due on or before your child's first class.

Current Students
Enrollment for the 2025/2026 season:  
Your child has been pre-enrolled into classes based on last spring enrollment. You must contact me via E-mail if you wish to add or drop a class. Any changes need to be made July 14th - July 23rd.   

Please check Class Schedule tab in the menu box, or your parent portal for your child’s class day/time, as some of the class days have changed!

All private/semi-private classes are scheduled through me so you will need to contact me via email to set your day/time (ages 12 up only – if you are under 12 and have been taking private lessons, you may continue).  

Please update any new/changed information in your parent portal (phone, address, email, account #/expiration date for Auto pay, etc.).
