​Former and New Student Info on registering/enrolling for Summer & Fall 2021 dance season:

DIFFERENT DUE TO COVID-19

Summer & Fall 2021 Dance classes:  
Enrollment is first come first serve. The maximum number of students per group class is 9.

​The age cutoff is September 1st. Your child will remain in their age/grade level class for the entire year (August - May).

Zoom Classes: if your child or household family member is in the high risk category, your child may take their weekly classes via zoom. They will need to physically attend the last couple of classes & rehearsal to be ready for the show. IMPORTANT: When you enroll, please add: (zoom) at the end of your child’s last name, so that I can see at a glance who will need to be admitted to the class via zoom app and I will know how many students will be physically attending that class at the studio.
The zoom app runs best on the chrome browser and make sure the output volume on your computer is set on maximum. Once you have enrolled in your classes, I will email you a Zoom invite with the meeting ID and password to be used each week.  Please have a clear space for your child to dance and have her/him dressed and ready prior to class starting. If your child is taking a tap class, you may use fiberboard for them to dance on (tap shoes tend to tear up wood, linoleum, and tile flooring).  

Studio Waiting Room:  Please one family member per student in the waiting room so that everyone can maintain social distance AND everyone who is in the waiting room is to wear a mask. Once your child is finished with classes, please leave promptly so that we do not have too many people in the waiting room at one time. Thank you for your cooperation!

Dance Fees:  Your first months dance fees are due upon registration and you will receive a statement via separate email. The August fees will be pro-rated as classes are not held the full month. When enrolling for fall classes, please wait until you receive your statement via separate email, to make your payment, so you are paying the correct amount for pro-rated August fees and Recital fees.  Please click on the Dance Fees button in the menu bar above to see monthly dance fee costs.

Registration:  New students - you will need to set up your account and student information in the parent portal.  Enrollment into classes will be done via email:  sherrysdanceworkshop@gmail.com

All enrollment will be done online through the Parent Portal (Except those wanting private lessons.  You may contact me via email).   Former students:  Please update any new/changed information in your parent portal (phone, address, email, account #/expiration date for Auto pay, etc.). Again, if you are strictly doing zoom classes, please add: (zoom) at end of child’s last name.  

You MUST agree to the policies of Sherry's Dance Workshop:  At the top of your Parent Portal home page, click on MORE, then click on waivers and policies.  Once you have read the policies (please read it's entirety as policies have changed), then click the box by I Agree To The Terms And Conditions.

The Parent Portal is also where you can:  view your account, make changes to your account info and password, add or drop students from classes, see your child's dance schedule, make your payments, see your child's recital costume and enter sizes, etc.
